I build cloud-native mission software — and the engineering foundations teams need to deliver it reliably.

I work across aerospace software, platform engineering, DevSecOps, developer experience, and release governance, with a focus on helping teams build, test, release, and operate software in high-assurance environments.

What I Work On

  • Mission software systems — aerospace, NASA, federal, and high-assurance software environments
  • Cloud-native platforms — containerized services, scalable infrastructure, deployment automation, and operational tooling
  • Platform engineering & DevEx — paved-road workflows, repo standards, CI/CD templates, local setup, and automation
  • DevSecOps & release governance — automated testing, quality gates, security checks, release readiness, and traceability
  • Multi-environment delivery — reducing integration risk across isolated, staged, and operational environments
  • Engineering leadership — technical direction, delivery discipline, mentoring, stakeholder alignment, and standards development

Selected Impact

  • NASA GSFC Flood Mapping System — contributed to cloud-based software supporting near-real-time satellite-derived flood products for disaster response and Earth-observation workflows.
    Python · Laravel · MySQL · AWS ECS · S3

  • Platform & delivery modernization — improved engineering consistency through CI/CD, PR standards, Definition of Done practices, release automation, and multi-repo delivery discipline.

  • Mission software delivery practices — helped teams move from ad hoc delivery toward repeatable, traceable, and supportable release processes across real operating environments.

Engineering Stack

How I Think About Engineering

Good engineering teams need more than code.

They need clear standards, fast feedback loops, visible tradeoffs, repeatable delivery, and enough platform support that engineers can spend their time solving real problems instead of fighting tooling, drift, and process.

My focus is helping teams move from “it works locally” to reliable, secure, repeatable delivery across real environments.
