Replace the README's ASCII pipeline with a colour-coded Mermaid flowchart (GitHub renders it inline) and commit a rendered SVG + PNG under docs/ for sharing. The diagram shows the full loop: design → inspect → generate → verify⇄heal → run → analyze, with both self-heal loops and the app-bug escalation made explicit.
