Motivation

  • Add a one-line HTML comment to the repository README.md to validate the Codex triage-rule and trigger the automated workflow.

Description

  • Inserted the line <!-- codex test: triage rule works --> at the end of README.md and opened a PR titled "Add Codex triage test comment".

Testing

  • Ran git status --short and nl -ba README.md | tail -n 8 to verify the change, and both commands completed successfully.
