Remove brew linkapps step

I too get the message that this command is deprecated, and that there's no replacement. However without it the app is not available in /Applications. What should users do instead?

How about not using brew and instead using the link mentioned above it? (http://macvim-dev.github.io/macvim/).

Was that option clear, or right now does it sound like you have to use brew?

We should make a custom bundling of MacVim bundled as VimBox where:

• All plugins are installed separately from vim ~/.vimbox or something.
• Fonts are installed by default.
• Modern MacVim is ensured.
• Icon is already placed on the app.
• App installer that installs necessary fonts.

This way your original Vim/MacVim is also left untouched.

My intention with this PR is simply to keep users from even asking this question. Should I just remove any mention of brew in the docs? I could use some VIM practice with delete.

yeah, removing brew discussion would be a welcome change because at this point MacVim has really good/high quality releases - brew shouldn't be needed except for the few that actually know a lot about special MacVim builds and in that case, they don't need instructions.
