Rename ACGM Recover to Claude Code Recover RC2

What changed

• renames the public product to Claude Code Recover and targets the repository slug Claude-Code-Recover;
• moves the canonical package, module, CLI, and release identity to claude-code-recover / claude_code_recover;
• keeps acgm-recover / acgm_recover as thin one-RC compatibility aliases;
• adds Agent-guided clone, offline install, verification, and route-selection boundaries;
• detects the old RC1 distribution and unreadable metadata before any pip mutation;
• preserves the evidence-first, offline, source-read-only recovery model.

Why

The old name suggested recovery of ACGM itself. The actual product reconstructs Claude Code project continuity from surviving local code, Git/worktree, metadata, and transcript structure after the original account or platform becomes unavailable.

User impact

Users can ask an Agent to clone and install the named repository in one explicitly authorized task. Installation stops before evidence discovery and route selection. Existing RC1 installations receive a non-executable migration plan and are not automatically uninstalled.

Validation

• Python 3.14: 83 tests passed
• Python 3.10: 83 tests passed
• fresh install verified canonical and compatibility CLI/module entrypoints
• real RC1 isolation test verified zero mutation under --upgrade
• release contract, 61-file manifest, clean-clone checks, and independent blocker review passed

This PR publishes the source preview. A GitHub Release/tag remains gated on the documented real-user disposable-project E2E.
