Hi, I'm Joan 👋

Pronounced Joe-ahn — a male name in France.

Parisian software engineer, splitting time between Paris, France and Monterey, California. Twenty-plus years designing and shipping AI and software systems for enterprise clients.

Today I run Fog&Frog, a Franco-American AI & software consultancy I co-founded with Kelly Clark, where I lead Engineering & AI. We help mid-market and enterprise teams turn complex AI and digital challenges into clear, reliable systems — from AI adoption to legacy modernization, taking full accountability for outcomes.
