This pull request doesn't fix any bugs or adds any features. It just adds code to ease navigation in IDEs and to appease code quality tools.
@joachim-n: A lot of it is a matter of personal taste, so feel free to close this pull request if it stresses you.
Maybe you need to see this in light of #36, especially with Matt rightfully pushing use of PHPStan in the Drupal ecosystem.
