A: The PDF is rendered an in image indeed, but can create a note on top of it:

To create your own note: Drag your mouse over the part of the PDF you want to comment on. An editor will appear, where you can enter your comment.

To reply to an existing note: Right-click on the text of that note, and choose "Reply" from the context menu.
Q: Can I hide certain classes that I don't care about anymore.
Q: I can't seem to select text in my pdf A: This also a due to the fact that what you see online is just an image of your PDF.
Q: Can I search all the readings for a keyword ? A: Full-text search should be released very soon (at least for the text of the annotations and hopefully a bit later for the full text of the PDF as well) !
