This PR bumps the version to 0.1.60 (higher than 0.1.59) to fix the Update Center indexing issue.
The previous release (0.1.2.74) was rejected because 0.1.2 < 0.1.59 in semantic versioning.
Changes
This will allow the plugin to appear in the Jenkins Update Center.
