This serves 2 purposes: - stop using the deprecated optparse - make it possible to easily specify -b parameter as required
- fixed most obvious PEP-8 warnings - added python-dateutil to project requirements - updated .gitignore

Hello @jduncan-rva as this module been abandoned for good or is it temporary lack of time? I was considering adding a couple of enhancements and at first wanted to contribute back to upstream, however if the original maintainer's priorities are elsewhere, I'm wondering if I should go with my fork. Any advice would be appreciated :) |

Oops, I've just noticed I didn't reset the maintainer fields back to the original values - sorry about that, totally unintentional - which I'll take care of when I'm more clear on future direction of git2changelog |
