Fix [this issue](#212) with using `dmslogo` by updating to `dmslogo` 0.7.1 which removes deprecated `pkg_resources` package import per [this pull request](jbloomlab/dmslogo#24). Becomes `dms-vep-pipeline` version 3.32.1
