This Project represent the SAS Client.
1. The project obtain location by GPS (if available) or Network.
2. Max time to obtain location is 1 Min, but if location found earlier, it will stop listening.
3. The location can send by SMS with message by check the specific check box.
4. If not found new location, the latest found location will send.
5. Anyway, the message represent on the screen.
6. During the obtaining location, there is button that give an option to stop the obtaining and move back
   to main screen.
