The udytils metrics plugin is applied at the root (by class — the root project's own plugins block can't see its buildscript classpath) with four integrations: architecture (rules by tag, per-Construct census, exceptions, audit findings), lines of code, README health, and build warnings from a captured log. collectMetrics / publishMetrics / generateMetricsReport verified end-to-end locally: 34 records collected, the run appended to the metrics branch via git plumbing, and the report rendering nine charts. CI (.github/workflows/metrics.yml) collects and publishes on every push to main and uploads the report as an artifact. UKPT.md documents the commands; templateVersion 2026-07-03.2 with a migration entry for downstream adoption. Submodule bump: udytils metrics framework.
