irwand vim config

Installation:

• install git
• on Windows: ~$ git clone https://github.com/irwand/vim-config.git vimfiles
• on UNIX: ~$ git clone https://github.com/irwand/vim-config.git .vim
• launch vim and install plugins with :PlugInstall
