Replace the manual proxy setup (downloading binaries, generating CAs, configuring DNS/iptables) with the
ironsh/iron-proxy-actionmarketplace action, which handles all of that in a single step. Simplifies the workflow from ~55 lines of shell to two action references, and replacesiron-proxy.yamlwith the simpleregress-rules.yamlformat.
