…on-control Document iron-proxy's PostgreSQL listener (RLS role injection, routing, limitations) and rewrite the control plane section to match the real iron-control product: principals/roles/grants, typed secrets, proxy registration and sync, and the iak_/iprx_ token model. Replace the fictional policy API pages with the actual API reference, update the self-hosted page for the open-source Docker Hub image and its Rails env, and remove screenshots that no longer match the read-only console.

Adds a PostgreSQL proxy page documenting iron-proxy's wire-protocol listener (RLS role injection, database routing, statement rejection, pooler requirement, limitations) and surfaces it on the homepage and in the Configure Policies nav.
Rewrites the control plane section to match what iron-control actually ships. The old pages described a non-existent model (bootstrap/enrollment tokens, tag-matched policies, npol_/spol_/mpol_ APIs); the new docs cover principals/roles/grants, the five typed secrets plus broker credentials, proxy registration and sync, and the iak_/iprx_ token model, all grounded in the iron-control source and docs/API.md. The fictional policy API pages are replaced with real Overview / Secrets / Principals-Roles-Grants / Proxies-Sync references.
Updates the self-hosted page for the open-source Apache-2.0 image on Docker Hub (ironsh/iron-control), including the required Rails env vars (SECRET_KEY_BASE, in-Puma Solid Queue, DB, encryption, bootstrap). Removes control-plane screenshots that no longer match the read-only console, and fixes a dangling link.
