Based on #7 with a fix for Intel toolchain (simple-timer location) and a fix of the following commit (missing
!$acc wait(queue)):I've chosen to fix/edit this commit directly and rebase the entire history to more easily
git bisectin the future if needed.Require new version of BFM to be functionnal, see MR https://github.com/BFM-Community/BiogeochemicalFluxModel/pull/150
