The plotting function now allows plotting from both 2D and 3D datasets. The user can specify the dimension on which the aggregation hould be performed as well as the aggregation function including mean, min and max.
dataset's time range in case start-date and end-date are not specified.

This pull request intoduces updates to the potting tool, improving flexibility for both visualizing maps and time series. It also improves the handling of multidimentional data.
