💡 What: Replaced an unresponsive blank list with a clearly-labeled empty state when no shortcuts are matched. Also applied a performance optimization using tuple unpacking when clearing Treeview contents.
🎯 Why: A totally blank space provides no feedback. Using an explicit "empty" placeholder ensures users realize the list is empty (rather than broken or loading) and hints what they can do next. It also standardizes interaction handling for the __empty__ target.
♿ Accessibility: Better cognitive guidance for screen readers and sighted users when lists are empty.

P2 Badge Avoid treating real __empty__ entries as placeholders

When a team or imported personal catalog contains a real shortcut with id __empty__, selecting that row now hits this sentinel check and clears selected_entry_id, so the shortcut cannot be opened, pinned, copied, or edited even though it is a valid catalog entry. Entry ids loaded from JSON are preserved and no validation excludes this value, so use a sentinel that cannot collide or check whether the current row is the synthetic empty-state row before ignoring it.
