💡 What: Optimized process iteration in ExcelDesktopService and OperationsCockpitService to request only pid and name attributes initially. Fetch memory_info and status explicitly later, but only when the process is excel.exe.

🎯 Why: psutil.process_iter fetching all info values causes system overhead as the system runs memory_info() and status() across all running processes rather than only for the targeted excel processes.

📊 Impact: Reduces background CPU utilization and time complexity significantly during background polling by limiting expensive process queries to 0.1% of running processes on typical machines instead of 100%.

🔬 Measurement: Test get_running_instances to ensure data structure and fields returned are the same as prior implementations but executed faster.
