Add Main Employees / Child Employees search filters to hr.employee, switch the list action to use the filter as default instead of a hard domain, and override _compute_total_employee on hr.department to exclude child employees from the headcount (only counts main employees and standalone employees). closes #403 Related: ingadhoc/hr#61 Signed-off-by: Guido Galetto <gal@adhoc.inc> Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
