Updated Taiwanese and Hungarian strings

I know you don't have much time on your hands to spend on this project, but please also consider merging my other PR (#337) so when you add a new string to the source XML file it also gets automagically published to transifex. Until it's done I have to push each time manually.

Don't worry about the failed Travis test. It is only failing because:

1. You need to set an environment variable in travis (documented in PR Travis pushes strings.xml to Transifex after each build #337, takes no more than 10 mins)
2. You need to actually merge before it starts to work, since it is modifying the travis config itself
