Fix Studio cookbook typecheck

Summary

• add a changeset for the Studio pipeline typing fix
• let cookbook typecheck resolve workspace packages from source without requiring prebuilt dist declarations
• widen Studio pipeline targets to accept typed user pipelines
• correct the Studio inspection cookbook/docs UI URLs and add the missing root cookbook script
