- DESCRIEREA FUNCTIONALITATII HARDWARE
Sistemul este construit in jurul SoC-ului nRF52840, fiind optimizat pentru un consum ultra-scazut de energie si securitate hardware.
Module si Componente Cheie: Microcontroller (nRF52840): Procesor ARM Cortex-M4F cu unitate de criptare hardware CryptoCell-310. Acesta gestioneaza stack-ul Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) si coordoneaza toate perifericele.
Sistemul de Putere (Power Tree):
BQ25180: IC de incarcare cu Power Path. Permite incarcarea bateriei LiPo si alimentarea simultana a sistemului.
MAX17048: Fuel Gauge (indicator nivel baterie). Masoara precis starea de incarcare (SoC) si tensiunea bateriei, comunicand prin I2C.
RT6160: Regulator Buck-Boost care asigura o tensiune stabila de 3.3V indiferent de nivelul de descarcare al bateriei.
Senzor de Miscare (BMA421): Accelerometru triaxial de mica putere. Este folosit pentru pedometru (numararea pasilor) si detectarea gesturilor (ex: "tilt-to-wake").
Afisaj e-Paper (1.54"): Display de tip "Electronic Ink" care consuma curent doar la refresh. Include un circuit de protectie cu un PFET (SI2301CDS) pentru a opri complet alimentarea ecranului in standby, eliminand scurgerile de curent.
Driver Haptic (DRV2605L): Controleaza motorul de vibratii (Shaker) folosind librarii de efecte pre-programate pentru un feedback tactil premium.
Cristal 32 MHz (X1): Esențial pentru funcționarea blocului radio (Bluetooth). Acesta oferă referința de înaltă frecvență necesară pentru stabilitatea semnalului și procesarea rapidă a datelor.
Cristal 32.768 kHz (X2): Componentă critică pentru optimizarea consumului. Acesta permite funcționarea ceasului de timp real (RTC) în modurile de Deep Sleep, menținând precizia timpului cu un consum infim de energie, fără a fi nevoie de oscilatorul intern RC (care este mai puțin precis și consumă mai mult).
Antena: Sistemul utilizează o antenă de tip traseu pe cablaj (Trace Antenna), calculată pentru frecvența de 2.4 GHz (Bluetooth Low Energy).Pentru a asigura o rază de acțiune maximă, s-a respectat o zonă de "Keep-out" (fără cupru) pe toate straturile sub antenă, prevenind astfel atenuarea semnalului.
Interfete de Comunicatie: I2C (SDA/SCL): Magistrala principala de senzori unde sunt conectate: BMA421, DRV2605L, BQ25180 si MAX17048.
SPI: Interfata de mare viteza folosita exclusiv pentru ecranul e-Paper.
PWM: Folosit pentru controlul intensitatii vibratiilor shaker-ului.
Procesare si Energie: Procesare: Cipul ruleaza la 64MHz, dar sta majoritatea timpului in System ON Sleep mode (~3uA).
Consum: Bateria de 250mAh sustine o autonomie estimata de 30-45 zile, avand in vedere ca ecranul nu consuma energie intre update-uri si senzorii sunt configurati pe modul de consum minim cu intreruperi.
