PR #75: Mobile responsive landing page (00 bounty)

Summary: Fixed mobile responsiveness for the landing page by adding media queries for screens ≤640px. Changes include: scaled down crystal prism visual, responsive nav with smaller padding/text, removed forced line breaks on mobile hero text, reduced tool card padding and font sizes. No horizontal overflow on iPhone 13 emulation (390px viewport). Build verified with npm run build.
