Objetivo
Permitir merge de PR somente de card faz parte de projeto que segue os requisitos SOX (workflow SOX) e aprovado para desenvolvimento preenchido, na automação jira-issue-required.
Contexto
Atualmente, qualquer projeto no Jira libera o merge dos PRs, mesmo aqueles que não seguem os requisitos SOX.
Com objetivo de aumentar a segurança e conformidade com os requisitos SOX, será realizada verificação de projetos e preenchimento do campo aprovado para desenvolvimento por.
