Added a new frontend directory containing a React application configured with TypeScript and Vite. Included essential files such as package.json, tsconfig files, and a basic App component. Also set up ESLint and Tailwind CSS for styling, along with example API client functions for authentication and messaging. Updated README with relevant environment variables and instructions.
