Summary

Light polish aligning the portfolio README with the editorial standard from the GitHub facelift. The existing structure (case studies / principles / stack / roles / architecture / ADRs / runbooks) is preserved; only the framing and a few project descriptions are tightened.

Changes

  • New intro paragraph "What's in this portfolio" explaining the public/private boundary up front. Cross-links both Ninobyte organizations (now public-profile).
  • New "What's public vs private" footer section replacing the single-italic-line note at the bottom. Uses the editorial standard §5.1 template; names the three repository contexts (personal, ninobyte-labs, ninobyte-cloudops-lab) and where production code lives.
  • Ninobyte row description updated from "Enterprise tooling for Claude agent ecosystems" to "Governance-first agent tooling and applied AI infrastructure" — matches the umbrella scope rewrite pending in iamnortey/ninobyte-docs#1.
  • Prepnest row description now names WASSCE/BECE explicitly.
  • New "Governance before deployment" engineering principle matching the same addition to the profile and ninobyte-docs umbrella narrative.
  • Section headers normalized to sentence case (consistency win across the ecosystem).

What is preserved

  • All ADR / runbook / role / architecture / case study links unchanged
  • All badges unchanged
  • The strong existing engineering-principles content unchanged (just header casing)

Test plan

  • All internal repo file links resolve (no renamed files)
  • No buzzwords introduced
  • No claim drift

…rs, project updates

Targeted polish per the GitHub editorial standard:

- New intro paragraph ("What's in this portfolio") that names what reviewers find here vs what lives in private repos; cross-links both Ninobyte orgs (now public-profile).
- New "What's public vs private" footer section following the editorial standard §5.1 template, replacing the single-italic-line footnote.
- Updated Ninobyte row description: "Enterprise tooling for Claude agent ecosystems" -> "Governance-first agent tooling and applied AI infrastructure" (matches new ninobyte-docs umbrella scope).
- Updated Prepnest row: added WASSCE/BECE specificity.
- Added "Governance before deployment" engineering principle to match the new profile + ninobyte-docs framing.
- Section headers normalized to sentence case (Engineering principles, Technical stack, Role alignment, Architecture samples, Decision records, Operational artifacts).
- All ADR/runbook/role/architecture links preserved unchanged.
