Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp), [@angular/cli](https://github.com/angular/angular-cli) and [eslint-config-openlayers](https://github.com/openlayers/eslint-config-openlayers). These dependencies need to be updated together.
