Align README and Script Kitty artwork with refreshed brand

What changed

• Replaced the hero and social card slogan area with a clear police-handcuffs visual.
• Added a readable SCRIPT KITTY POLICE badge to the tabby cat mascot.
• Updated every README brand image cache key so GitHub renders the refreshed artwork immediately.
• Replaced the legacy hot-pink, acid-green, and purple Shields colors with orange, lilac, and charcoal from the new personal brand.
• Updated image alt text for the new cat-police artwork.

Scope

README presentation plus the two approved Slop Cop PNG revisions. No product copy, code, skill instructions, configuration, or workflows changed.

Validation

• Confirmed only README.md, the hero PNG, and the social-card PNG changed.
• Confirmed original image dimensions were preserved.
• Confirmed no legacy color codes remain.
• Ran git diff --check.
