Extend references/prose-phrases.md with five more AI-slop offenders. Six of the
eleven requested words (actually, honestly, fluff, "that being said", symphony,
tapestry) were already listed and left unchanged.
- Overused verbs: embody / embodies / embodied
- Overused adjectives: surgical ("surgical precision"), reverent / reverential
- Transitions and connectors: consequently
- Inflated symbolism phrases: "a delicate balance"
Add a prose-false-gravitas benchmark fixture and a CHANGELOG note. make check
and make package pass.
