The `agents/skills/` directory had no way to turn codebase research into a shareable artifact — findings stayed in the conversation and code references were plain paths that readers had to locate themselves. Add a `report` skill that researches a topic (delegating to a subagent when broad), confirms the output path, and writes a self-contained, styled HTML file. Code references use GitHub permalinks pinned to the current commit so they don't drift. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
