ExUI on HMC isn't showing all the necessary flags in the 'Additional Facilities' Screens

In loadServiceHearingValues, I can see the caseFlags object contains several flags objects.
In the Hearing Requirements screen, all of the RAs and PF0015s are showing as expected.
In the Additional Facilities screen, only the OT0001 flags are showing and none of the other flags provided in loadServiceHearingValues. are visible to the user.

The expectation is that all of the flags from the caseFlags object that aren't RAs or PF0015 should appear in the Additional Facilities page in both the create and edit journey.

Steps to replicate

1. Create a case for a service onboarded to integrated S&L.
2. Add a bunch of flags of different types, including RAs, SMs, PFs, PF0015, and case flags.
3. Go to the Hearings tab.
4. Check the response payload from loadServiceHearingValues for all caseFlags passed by the service to ExUI.
5. Click on Request Hearing green button.
6. Go to the Additional Facilities page (2nd screen).
