Frostbay plugin for the OneXPlayer Apex and Super-X/Super-V.
It has several problems unrelated to this plugin, documented in https://github.com/tbitu/onexplayer-frostbay-bluetooth.

  1. Default bluetooth adapter in the Apex doesn't work properly with BlueZ and Frostbay at the moment, external bluetooth dongle required untill BlueZ is fixed.
  2. The Frostbay registers many HID devices, one being a keyboard with volume up and volume down. The volume down button is pressed permanently. The HID device needs ignoring in Linux.

From first glance it looks really good

Can you expand on the bluez issue and in general the stability issues you've experienced?

The AX210 in the Apex and Super-X and/or BlueZ has a problem, at least with the Frostbay device. I have described the issue here: bluez/bluez#2155 and made a fix that may need adjustments here: bluez/bluez#2153

I run with these changes locally and it is completely stable this way, moreso than in Windows which do exhibit some connection problems now and then.

I'd also like to point out that there are flaws in this plugin, but it is almost as functional as the Windows one outside of some reading state back from the Frostbay, and some minor conflicts with state if you both turn on and off with the button and the plugin.
