Bump to 1.2.0 with changelog: the planning release. Durative-action domains are solved by the temporal planner (#84, sequential semantics, TemporalPlan with makespan) and expressiveness climbs from STRIPS to ADL (#10: conditional/universal effects, quantifiers, full boolean preconditions, equality — evaluated by the reference planners).
