MetaPathways v1.0 Installation

This document explains the basic installation and setup of the MetaPathways v1.0 pipeline on a typical unix-based machine including downloading and installing required software, Pathway Tools installation, reference sequence database installation, basic configuration, and Sun Grid engine setup. Further details of the MetaPathways v1.0 pipeline are described in the companion June 2013 BMC Bioinformatics article.
