Removes [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml), [eslint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint), [eslint-config-standard](https://github.com/standard/eslint-config-standard) and [eslint-plugin-promise](https://github.com/eslint-community/eslint-plugin-promise). These dependencies need to be updated together.
