A digital ecosystem for transparent social impact in Tajikistan.

Hadaf is an open-source, volunteer-driven ecosystem designed to eliminate opacity and inefficiency in charitable giving. We digitize the verified physical needs of social institutions (orphanages, nursing homes) and connect them directly with donors.

To maintain maximum security and minimize compliance risks, Hadaf does not process financial transactions internally. Instead, we act as a transparent routing layer: donors can either fulfill physical needs directly (item-based help) or use verified, external banking gateways to support specific institutions.

Our goal is to build a highly secure, scalable, and trustless system that can serve as a national standard for transparent social impact, heavily influenced by enterprise-grade architecture and rigorous CI/CD practices.

• Decentralized Financial Flows: The platform handles zero internal escrow. Financial donations are routed directly to the verified third-party bank accounts of the institutions.
• Direct Physical Impact: A core marketplace for 100% item-based targeted help (equipment, medical supplies).
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Strict separation of concerns between Institutions, Donors, Volunteers, and Admins.
• Digital Audit Trail: Every delivered item is tracked, verified, and transparently reported.
• Enterprise Security: Isolated infrastructure, strict NAT routing, and encrypted data flows to protect institutional data.

The Hadaf project is decoupled into four main repositories, allowing you to contribute to the domain you know best:

• hadaf-backend — Core API and business logic. Built with Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.
• hadaf-frontend — Web platform for institutions. Built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
• hadaf-docs — Source of truth for architecture, technical specifications, and UX/UI design.

We welcome contributions from developers, QA engineers, and designers who want to build a portfolio with a real-world, social-impact project.
