Updates/improves French translations in language/fr.json. Changes include: - Translated missing UI labels and descriptions - Maintained consistency with H5P translation conventions
Adds missing field placeholder to match semantics.json structure.

The change to the Hungarian translation does not look right, and there are merge conflicts to be resolved now anyway.
