Change xAPI verb from completed to answered on answering all questions.
Background: The recent implementation of getXAPIData() uses the verb answered, while the content type still triggers completed when all questions have been answered.
Note: This change might break compatibility with host system customizations that rely on the 'completed' verb, but that didn't rule out the same change for Interactive Video when the submit screen was introduced.
