the new derivation logic by fezziwig requires semi-auto derivation, so we must explicitly create a encoder/decoder for each atom class, and all their member classes

What does this change?
Upgrades to latest fezziwig. This includes the v2 update, which reimplements the way the encoders are derived. The new logic requires semi-auto derivation in circe, so we must explicitly create a encoder/decoder for each atom class, and all their member classes
