How do I access the raw samples from the generated webpages?

Click on the root node (highest oval or square) of the diagram and then click on the "Download all structures in selection" button. The samples will download in the .dot format. This can be used to generate a new webpage with different options by selecting upload sample and setting the sample file type to dot.

I resized the page and now the diagram is the wrong size

The diagram will resize appropriately upon refreshing the page.

For how long will the generated webpages be available?

Each generated webpage will be available for at least 72 hours. If you need access for longer we recommend downloading the zip file containing the webpage.

The submit button is not enabled after hitting the back button in a browser

Browsers have weird caching properties. Although your settings may be saved after navigating back, the javascript driven by those settings may not have triggered properly. To trigger the javascript, just change the upload type and then change it back to your desired setting. This work-around also applies to the incorrect presence/absence of settings which appear or disappear based on other settings.
