Noticed definition for `gp_GetEmbedFlags()` in `cgraphLib.pxd` didn't have type for `theGraph` (makes sense that I'd forgotten to add this, since this is a macro)

I have *no* idea why removing the typehint, recompiling, adding it back, and recompiling again caused the correct function signature to be created in g6IterationUtils.c, but it did :S.
