Prepares wijzer for a public Claude Code marketplace listing by adding repository, homepage, license, category, and keywords to the plugin entry, plus a top-level marketplace description. `claude plugin validate` passes with no warnings. Co-Authored-By: Gerlando Piro <gerlando@gmail.com>

Enriches the plugin + marketplace manifests with discovery metadata so
wijzer is ready to be listed on a public Claude Code marketplace (e.g.
the anthropics/claude-plugins-community catalog) or self-hosted once
the repo is made public.
