Update ESP32AsyncWebServer to 3.11.0, include required defs for future switch in audio library
Adds new standalone toggle to Attenuator to remove need for separate binary, adds WiFi password reset toggle to Attenuator web UI, allows GPStar II physical WiFi reset toggle to reset WiFi of connected Attenuator, remove Attenuator WiFi reset binary as it is unnecessary, updates help.json with missing entries and corrected text.
Updates audio library to use new version.
Corrects several language issues relating to the new help system.

After that quick pass over the help text to make sure it's in line with the actual functionality, this looks fine to me. Not enough for a full release (plenty more needs to be in before 6.2.2 will be ready) but fine for just the inline help portion.
