Summary

  • Add marketing/positioning.md with ICPs, positioning statement, tagline, key differentiators, messaging framework (pain→outcome→proof), and competitive landscape table
  • Framed as free, MIT-licensed OSS project — no commercial language
  • Designed as source of truth for website hero, social bio, blog intros, and conference abstracts

Closes #82

Test Plan

  • Review positioning statement and tagline for accuracy
  • Verify differentiators fairly represent alternatives
  • Confirm messaging is usable for website hero + social bio + blog intros

Define ICPs, positioning statement, tagline, key differentiators,
messaging framework, and competitive landscape for Hype as a free
MIT-licensed OSS project. Closes #82.

Hype validates local assets (images, source files) but does not
currently check link reachability. Corrects messaging to match
actual capabilities.
