Had to re-add some things deleted in merges to master.
If there's no associated live stream, hide the add to calendar button, and do not display the item on the live stream feed (latter already completed prior to this PR, but worth mentioning for clarity).
Also, recipe viewing now has user key and proper step display (vs. [Object object] because of instruction layering).
