This PR links recipe creation with recipe viewing. When creating a new recipe, users are redirected to recipe.html, which displays the recipe they just created. It also adds a spin-off button to recipe.html, which redirects back to create-recipe-blank.html, pre-populated with all the parent recipe's information.
