Add the 32 round-4 families (euphoriascript through quando) whose FontForge .sfd upstreams had no fontc-buildable source. Each was converted to Glyphs under googlefonts/<family>, pinned at its merged commit, and builds with gftools-builder3 + fontc from its own sources/config.yaml. Bump fonts_repo_sha to 00e726a9 -- google/fonts main after reference PR #10725 merged -- refreshing the pinned checkout used by the remaining external-config targets.
