Add the 16 round-3 families (dawningofanewday through esteban) whose FontForge .sfd upstreams had no fontc-buildable source. Each was converted to Glyphs under googlefonts/<family>, pinned at its merged commit, and builds with gftools-builder3 + fontc from its own sources/config.yaml. Bump fonts_repo_sha to 2f6daa88 -- google/fonts main after reference PR #10717 merged -- refreshing the pinned checkout used by the remaining external-config targets.
